Cancelations and Missed Appointments

Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment.

Cancelation Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.

  • In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system.

  • If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, then the full price of the treatment will be charged.

  • We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) We will consider each situation individually may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Missed Appointments

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Cancelled and missed appointment fees can not to be direct billed.  However, we can provide you with a receipt for the late cancelled or missed appointment upon request.
